Young Friends of PAWS is a community of passionate, like-minded individuals ages 21-40(ish) with a shared love of animals, a dedication to their well-being, and a commitment to supporting others socially and professionally.

Young Friends of PAWS is a division of PAWS. Together, we share the responsibility of working to make Philadelphia a no-kill city where every healthy and treatable pet is guaranteed a home.

Join Young Friends of PAWS today! Membership is pay-what-you-can, with a suggested minimum donation of $60 per year or $5 monthly. We look forward to welcoming you as a member of our community.

World Pup Watch Party at Urban Village Brewing Co.

Join fellow Young Friends of PAWS members for a dog-friendly social during the Croatia vs. Ghana World Cup match! It’s a chance to connect with other members, enjoy great drinks, and spend time with some very good dogs! Well behaved dogs on leashes are welcome to attend.

Pilates for Paws: A Kitten Pop Up with Midsection Connection Pilates Studio

Get ready for tiny paws, big stretches, and a whole lot of cuteness! Join the Young Friends of PAWS and Midsection Connection Pilates Studio on July 11 for Pilates for Paws: A Kitten Pop Up, a 50-minute mat Pilates class featuring the sweetest workout buddies imaginable: kittens! Move, breathe, and strengthen alongside playful furry friends while supporting animals in need. All proceeds benefit PAWS.
