Young Friends of PAWS is a community of passionate, like-minded individuals ages 21-40(ish) with a shared love of animals, a dedication to their well-being, and a commitment to supporting others socially and professionally.

Young Friends of PAWS is a division of PAWS. Together, we share the responsibility of working to make Philadelphia a no-kill city where every healthy and treatable pet is guaranteed a home.

Members will gain access to:

Join Young Friends of PAWS today! Membership is pay-what-you-can, with a suggested minimum donation of $60 per year or $5 monthly. We look forward to welcoming you as a member of our community.

Bark to School Photo Day

Say cheese, pups! Celebrate the back-to-school season with Bark to School: Photo Day at Pentridge Station on Saturday, September 12 from 5–PM. Bring your dog for their very own school-themed portrait session complete with adorable props and backdrops.

– Free for existing YFP members | $10 for new YFP members | $20 for non-members
– Professional school-themed pet portraits courtesy of Pawtrait Pop-Up
–  All proceeds help save Philadelphia’s homeless pets
