Three mastiffs: Amp, Kane, and Sasha. And, my granddog Bubba, who was adopted by my son from PAWS last year, and is usually at my house causing trouble at least 3 days a week.
The most rewarding thing about my job:
Being able to offer low-cost veterinary care to people who are trying to get their pet the care they need. Seeing the look of relief on their faces when they are able to afford the costs and not have to surrender their pet. And when it comes fostering (which is quite often!), it's usually puppies for socialization. My whole family finds it rewarding when the shy puppy I brought home starts to come out of its shell and is able to find a forever home.
