This form will take 10-15 minutes to complete.

Applications generally take several days to a week to process. There is a possibility for same-day adoption, but we cannot guarantee it. Please fill out each section entirely in order for us to process your application without delay.

Prefer to complete your application on paper? Print this form and bring it to any PAWS adoption center (please arrive at least one hour before closing). If you have difficulty completing the application, please email adoptions@phillypaws.org so that we can assist you!
