Young Friends of PAWS is a community of passionate, like-minded individuals ages 21-40(ish) with a shared love of animals, a dedication to their well-being, and a commitment to supporting others socially and professionally.

Young Friends of PAWS is a division of PAWS. Together, we share the responsibility of working to make Philadelphia a no-kill city where every healthy and treatable pet is guaranteed a home.

Members will gain access to:

Join Young Friends of PAWS today! Membership is pay-what-you-can, with a suggested minimum donation of $60 per year or $5 monthly. We look forward to welcoming you as a member of our community.

St. PAWtrick's Day Yappy Hour at Urban Village

Ready to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with some furry friends? Bring your pup and join us March 17th at Urban Village Brewing Company for a special St. PAWtrick’s Day Yappy Hour! Hosted by the Young Friends of PAWS, you’re guaranteed to have a shamrockin’ good time while supporting PAWS’ lifesaving mission.

What’s in store:
– Enjoy access to Urban Village’s pup-friendly garden area from 6-8pm
– Enter raffles filled with pet themed items and more
– $1 from select beers and desserts purchased will be donated to PAWS
– All attendees who sign up for a Young Friends of PAWS membership will receive a $10 Urban Village gift card

This is a great opportunity for you (and your pup) to make new friends. Dog lovers without pets are also welcome to come!

Pours for PAWS

Join the Young Friends of PAWS for an unforgettable evening of delicious food, refreshing drinks, and lifesaving fun! Now in its fourth year, Pours for PAWS welcomes animal lovers 21 and older to come together in support of PAWS’ mission: making Philadelphia a place where every savable pet is guaranteed a home.
