Underdogs of Philly is a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to improving the quality of life for dogs living outdoors across Philadelphia. We provide shelter solutions, veterinary care, food support, and—when necessary—rehoming assistance. Through direct support and education, we empower owners with the tools and resources to improve living conditions and provide lasting care, building stronger, more compassionate communities for people and pets alike.
