When Chicken was abandoned outside PAWS, he was very ill and struggling to survive. Thanks to supporters like you, we were ready to offer him safety and lifesaving medical care. Day by day, his strength returned, and with it, his zest for life. Once he recovered, Chicken was adopted into a loving home where he now spends his days soaking up the sunshine and his nights curled up beside his family. Chicken found hope at PAWS — but so many other cats and dogs are still waiting for their chance.

Offer 3X the lifesaving vet care for homeless animals

Once safe at PAWS, rescued animals are assessed by our incredible medical team and given a treatment plan. We provide bloodwork, x-rays, and other diagnostics, plus medications, prescription diets, and treatments and surgeries for a wide variety of illnesses and injuries. Your donation ensures each cat and dog receives the veterinary care they need to heal, feel better, and become ready for adoption.

Provide 3X the support for community pets

PAWS’ two clinics provide affordable spay/neuter and veterinary care for owned pets, as well as for fellow rescue organizations and community cat caregivers. Through our Safety Net program, pet owners receive food, supplies, training, and temporary housing so they can keep their beloved pets as part of their families. Your gift provides a lifeline to neighbors in need and keeps animals out of shelters.

Make 3X the impact for animals whose lives depend on it

PAWS rescues homeless pets who have nowhere else to go, and provides them with safe housing, nutrition, medical care, and enrichment. Then, we match them with loving adopters. We prioritize those most at-risk: sick and injured cats, fragile kittens, adult dogs, and seniors.
