Inquirer: Tough times hitting animal shelters, too.

On November 10, a front-page feature story in The Philadelphia Inquirer discussed the increasing number of pet owners who are surrendering their pets to shelters due to economic hardship. The article outlined PAWS’ efforts to save these displaced pets.
